Job Summary
Supervise a team of repair technicians to maximize turnaround time, first-time fix rates, and repair KPI achievement while developing processes that meet customer service level agreements. Prepare standard operation procedures in ISO 9001-2008 format, conduct periodic inventory audits, and reconcile physical counts to optimize warehouse efficiencies and cost reduction. Recruit qualified repair technicians, establish training based on approved work instructions, and monitor individual process execution. Review daily KPIs and customer SLA requirements, present corrective and preventive actions, and assist in developing departmental goals and objectives. Manage schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and handle discipline in accordance with company policy. Maintain a positive, safe work environment with open feedback and two-way communication.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years work-related supervision experience in Server related system repair service industry
- Must be fluent in speaking/writing in English
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be detailed oriented
- Required ability to adapt to new processes and/or be flexible to changing tasks/assignments
- Must be able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment
- Must be able to walk for an extensive period
- Must be able to bend or stoop below the waist
- Must be able to lift up to 50+ pounds using team lift
- Must be flexible with working hours and be available to work during other assigned events
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish speaking
- Lean manufacturing - 5S procedures experience
- ISO experience to create SOP work instructions and procedures in Word
- Ability to generate management reports in Excel
