Supervisor

Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects involving blood, bodily fluids, and trauma scenes, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards. Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism while handling project paperwork and scope approvals. This role does not manage people but leads jobs and ensures successful completion. You must hold a valid driver's license with a clean record, be able to lift 50 lbs, and work in challenging environments. Local candidates are required to respond within one hour of a call, with a hybrid pay structure of $28-$32 per hour plus a fixed administrative rate. Experience in restoration or construction is preferred, along with IICRC S540 certification or Xactimate proficiency.
