Job Summary
Lead daily operations to meet production goals and deadlines while supervising and coordinating employee activities. Ensure adherence to safety and quality policies, train and mentor staff to enhance performance, and collaborate with departments to optimize efficiency. Maintain accurate records, foster open communication, and address workplace issues to uphold core values. Work an afternoon shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Monday through Friday with required overtime. This role supports Timken's mission to improve industrial equipment efficiency and prepare for the future of motion.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- US Citizens, Green Card holders, Asylees or others eligible to receive US export license authorizations

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- Knowledge of production processes and quality standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
