Supervisor Admissions & Registration-ED oversees the daily operations of a Patient Access team within the Beth Israel Lahey Health system, coordinates staffing and training, ensures performance and customer service standards, collaborates with clinical departments, and supports scheduling, registration, and financial clearance duties. This role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement to maintain efficient patient access workflows, with responsibilities including staffing coverage, performance monitoring, training, adherence to policies, and collaboration with managers and external providers. Shift is 11:00 PM–7:30 AM with every 3rd weekend and on-call requirements; the role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and preferred experience in Patient Access Services with supervisory capacity.
