Supervisor-Administrative House RN Full Time Nights 7p-7a - Rotating Weekends -Crittenden

Supervise and coordinate daily patient care delivery, operations, and personnel within the assigned area. Manage resource utilization and communication to achieve organizational goals while assigning work, reviewing performance, and coordinating staff training. Participate in goal setting, recommend policy changes, and implement cost-effective solutions by evaluating present systems. Act as a professional role model and serve as a change agent to create efficient processes. Requires 5 years nursing experience with 1 year in management, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and RN licensure. Full-time nights 7p-7a with rotating weekends.
