Supervisor-Administrative House RN Full Time Nights 7p-7a - Rotating Weekends-Crittenden

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of patient care and daily operations within the assigned patient care area. Manage resource utilization and communication to achieve organizational goals, including staff training, assigning work, and evaluating performance. Participate in goal setting, recommend policies and procedures, and implement cost-effective solutions while acting as a change agent to create efficient systems. Maintain the professional role model and demonstrate leadership in problem-solving. Requires 5 years of nursing experience with 1 year in management, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and RN licensure. Full-time nights (7p-7a) with rotating weekends.
