Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of patient care, managing daily operations, activities, and personnel within the assigned patient care area. Direct supervisory accountability includes coordinating staff training, assigning and reviewing work, and evaluating performance independently. Participate in goal setting, recommend policies and procedures, and assist in evaluating programs while acting as a change agent to create efficient systems. Implement cost-effective solutions and demonstrate the professional role model. Requires 5 years of nursing experience with 1 year of management experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and RN licensure.
