Job Summary
Support store manager with daily operations, including opening/closing, merchandise checks, and deposits. Supervise sales transactions for accuracy and cash protection while coaching staff on objectives to exceed goals. Engage in product promotion to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high-performance clientele book. Assist with operational excellence and manage POS systems and software packages under pressure. Requires two years of luxury retail experience and strong interpersonal skills to build effective team relationships.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years previous luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role
- Minimum of 2 years luxury retail experience in similar role
- Must possess and consistently exhibit the competencies relative to the position
- Demonstrates an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members along with willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and with discretion and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent Skills in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS office
- Ability to influence and negotiate
