Job Summary
Supervises daily store operations and staff to maintain customer service excellence and drive sales. Acts as lead for Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities, trains and develops employees in assigned departments, delegates tasks, and communicates between management and front-line staff. Maintains policy adherence, store appearance, and process execution (1-2-1s, huddles, floor observations, and department checklists). Handles customer complaints, assists with special orders, and supports loading/unloading of merchandise. Demonstrates merchandise to customers and collaborates with management to meet store goals while fostering teamwork and a service-oriented culture.
