Supervisor

Supervisor at Bill’s Ace Hardware responsible for overseeing store operations and staff in the absence of management. Key duties include supervising general operations, opening/closing the store, ensuring loss prevention, safety, and audits, coordinating with the General Manager and other Supervisors, training associates, managing cashiering functions, maintaining a clean and orderly sales floor and stock areas, updating pricing and labels, and leading by example to provide professional customer service and protect company assets. Emphasis on leadership, communication, attention to detail, team collaboration, merchandising, inventory control, and adherence to store policies.
