Job Summary

Process global PO-backed and non-PO-backed AP invoices accurately, review T&E expense reports for compliance, and prepare payment batches for vendors and employees. Set up new vendors, maintain master data, and run the annual 1099 reporting process in line with IRS requirements. Supervise one Accounts Payable Specialist by providing day-to-day guidance and support while communicating with stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment queries. Prepare AP balance sheet reconciliations for month-end close and assist with system improvement, automation, and troubleshooting across the procure-to-pay process. Facilitate training for users and manage the company travel platform and corporate card programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Solid experience (5+ years) in accounts payable, including processing PO and non-PO invoices and T&E review
  • Working knowledge of vendor management, 1099 reporting, and AP-related month-end close activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis
  • Strong understanding of AP processes, internal controls, and best practices
  • Prior experience supervising, mentoring, or leading AP staff
  • Experience processing global / multi-entity AP invoices
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in transaction processing
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet recurring deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
  • A collaborative, service-oriented approach and the ability to guide and support a team member
  • This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Turists will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Coupa, Navan, NetSuite, and FloQast is strongly preferred (or comparable ERP, P2P, travel, and close-management tools)
