Job Summary
Lead the technical team in client service support, strategic positioning within the salon, and prescription quality assurance. Oversee the assembly and analysis of collective class schedules while evaluating unit, team, and class performance metrics. Provide leadership through consumer experience orientation, team guidance, feedback, and development support. Requires a higher education degree in Physical Education and an active CREF Bachelor's license.
