Supervisor(a) de Tratamento de Água

Distribute team tasks considering delivery deadlines, safety guidelines, and quality standards; manage team results through key performance indicators and administer work schedules. Train and orient operators, technicians, and assistants on executing analyses per standard operating procedures, chemical handling, and solution preparation. Ensure operation of water treatment station systems and equipment meets service, quality, safety, cost, and legislative standards. Manage personnel, evaluate performance, resolve daily inquiries, track attendance, and monitor individual and collective development. Control raw material inputs, issue reports, and implement improvements while guaranteeing proper use of PPE according to safety policies. This role supports Iguá Saneamento's mission to universalize water and sewage services across Brazil through public-private partnerships.
