Conduct accident investigations, manage high-risk activities, and ensure compliance with safety standards while supporting team training and preventive actions. Lead teams, implement health and safety management systems, monitor prevention programs, and perform inspections to generate action plans from technical visits. Guide local managers on workplace improvements, register unsafe conditions, and guarantee implementation of all safety actions including PGRs, PCMSOs, and AETs. Assist safety technicians in practical training and extend prevention actions to temporary and subcontracted workers. Actively participate in prevention meetings such as CIPA and local committees.
