Supervisor(a) de Operações – Porto Alegre

Conduct daily infrastructure management for building systems including electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC, while supervising preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure schedule and standard compliance. Manage outsourced teams and vendor contracts by redistributing activities, monitoring performance, validating SLAs, and supporting procurement renewals and audits. Coordinate internal logistics for minor repairs and space organization, control operational inventory for cleaning and office supplies, and structure service and hospitality plans. Ensure adherence to safety, accessibility, and regulatory standards by supporting internal and external inspections. Requires higher education in Administration, Logistics, or Hospitality.
