Supervisor(a) de Ingeniería

Supervises engineering and facilities activities at Marriott location in Solidaridad, Quintana Roo. Responsible for installation, maintenance, and preventive maintenance of tools, appliances, and equipment; calibrates controls, gauges, and meters; inspects fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems; conducts life-safety checks (fire-pump and generator run tests); manages inventory and purchasing; and supports disaster-response protocol development. Leads hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating team members; ensures safety, cleanliness, guest service excellence, and adherence to quality standards; collaborates to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-savings. Requires ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods, and communicate professionally with guests and staff; strong supervisory and coaching skills are essential.
