Supervise administrative and operational warehouse services, controlling machinery movement between units and issuing administrative and fiscal documents. Monitor maintenance purchase requests and their approvals, while generating daily movement reports to verify physical versus virtual volume and ensure correct cost allocation. Direct the team on organization, conservation, and cleaning of stored materials, adhering to technical storage specifications and internal norms to prevent damage, expiration, or loss. Manage inventory of parts, fuels, and lubricants using computer systems, performing additional duties as directed by immediate supervision.
