Job Summary
Direct daily operations of a Chick-fil-A quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards across production, preparation, customer relations, maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, and financial accountability. Oversee Front of House and Back of House, formalize policies and procedures in line with HR regulations, recruit new team members, implement creative systems, and cultivate a culture of teamwork, excellence, and hospitality. Requires excellent communication skills, prior management experience, and a minimum age of 21.
