Supervisor - 412 Youth Zone

Supervisor role overseeing and coaching 412 Youth Zone Youth Coaches in a downtown Pittsburgh drop-in resource center serving transition-age youth; responsibilities include direct supervision, guiding caseload management, problem-solving support, fostering independent decision-making, promoting accountability and teamwork, providing daily leadership, ensuring high-quality practice, collaborating with other Supervisors, building community partnerships, promoting youth growth and goal achievement, and ensuring policy compliance in hiring, training, discipline, and discharge. Requires Act 33/34 and FBI clearances, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, willingness to travel to youth homes and throughout the community, and availability for varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Travel to Main Campus in McKeesport for training/meetings is expected; location primarily Downtown Pittsburgh with mandatory travel as scheduled.
