Job Summary
Production Supervisor for Cambria’s FabShop, overseeing cross-functional departments and partnering with Plant/Production Managers. Responsible for daily production expectations, ensuring quality standards, training and developing employees, tracking performance and attendance, enforcing safety practices, and leading continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts. Must ensure product conformance across inspections, provide leadership in prioritizing output, and manage shifts to meet agreed-upon metrics. Requires associate degree (or equivalent experience) and 3-5 years supervisory experience, with strong communication, planning, and ability to lead teams. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; ability to work flexible hours across three shifts. Starting pay range $24.00-$30.75 per hour; benefits include insurance, PTO, 401(k), profit sharing, and development programs.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent related experience
- 3-5 years related business experience in a supervisory role
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Oracle, Concur, Maximo or similar
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred (as applicable)
- Ability to multitask, plan and prioritize
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead, mentor and develop employees
- Ability to provide clear direction and drive teamwork
- Willingness to work flexible hours over three shifts as needed
