Supervisor - 32 Hour Permanent Contract

Supervisor to join the York Seasalt team on a 32-hour permanent contract. You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager by delivering exceptional customer service, guiding the Sales Advisor team on omni-channel selling and add-on purchases, driving store KPI and profitability, implementing visual merchandising standards, training staff on brand knowledge and services, and communicating performance to the team and stakeholders. You’ll manage store operations such as stock, loss prevention, health and safety, GDPR, cash handling, and act as key-holder when required, while fostering a customer-focused service culture and contributing to the store’s overall success.
