Supervisor 2 Surgical Unit (62804)

Supervises day-to-day activities of the surgical unit, assigning work, monitoring education requirements, and overseeing orientation of new employees. Participates in the interviewing and selecting process, provides input for performance appraisals, and assists with disciplinary actions. Maintains schedule to assure staffing levels are appropriate and facilitates departmental projects. Requires an associates degree or higher in the applicable field and experience in a health care facility setting. Pay rate is $38.02-$60.83 hourly.
