Job Summary
Provide operational support for production problems in designated Assembly manufacturing areas and collaborate with process engineers, planners, purchasers, and HR to increase productivity while limiting waste and expenses. Daily follow-up production schedules to plan manpower, equipment, and factory supply for on-time delivery. Support training and manpower planning to meet mass production volume or ramp-up requirements. Adhere to site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp. Corporate EHS standards. Depending on location, execute and maintain ISO 9000, 9001, 14001, and other applicable standards within the Quality and Environmental Management Systems. Ensure adherence to company's ICARE values in all aspects of the position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science, preferably from Mechanical Engineering /Industrial Engineering or another engineering with Industrial Management experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- 1+ years of managerial/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
