Job Summary
Develop the team to deliver a seamless Omnichannel Customer journey within store, ensuring customers feel they are shopping with one brand whether in store or online. Coach staff on YATD techniques, regularly observe and provide feedback to build confidence in giving advice and recommendations. Actively inspire visual journeys by tailoring layout, merchandising, windows, and mannequins to reflect the local market and customer. Embed the Service Promise of Easy/Smile/Care into the in-store ethos, capture customer feedback through VOTC, and support KIND initiatives including backhauling and waste management. Manage payroll spend within budget, ensure legal operational compliance, and train the team on H&S procedures. Work with the Deputy/Store Manager to optimise team engagement, drive profit growth, and maximise sales opportunities while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.
