Job Summary
Supervisor to join the Cirencester Seasalt team on a 16 hour permanent contract. Responsibilities include supporting the management team to create a customer-centric service culture, guiding Sales Advisors to drive sales through omni-channel approaches and add-on purchases, assisting in driving store sales, profitability and KPI achievement, implementing visual merchandising guidelines, training staff on brand knowledge and services, communicating store performance to leadership, managing stock, loss prevention, safety and administrative duties, and serving as a key-holder to run the store when required. Key skills include coaching, leadership, customer service, commercial thinking, adaptability, delivering feedback, and ability to drive performance in a retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Store Supervisor experience or proven leadership in a retail environment
- Customer service excellence
- Experience in training and developing sales staff
- Knowledge of visual merchandising standards
- Cash handling and loss prevention awareness
- Ability to work as a key holder and manage store operations as required
- Strong communication skills and ability to drive KPI achievement
