Job Summary
Supervisor to lead a team of volunteers in a busy retail environment in Lymington (Sundays + one additional day). Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high presentation through merchandising, using commercial decision-making to optimize space, acting as a store representative with Dogs Trust and collaborating with Rehoming Centres to support the brand and community hub. Must have retail experience and strong team and budgetary management skills; drive sales through customer service and inspirational leadership to benefit dogs in care.
