Job Summary
Supervisor responsible for pre-planned coaching of GMs, AMs and crew; conduct annual performance appraisals; provide on-the-job coaching and actionable feedback; deliver professional development and career-trajectory mentoring to GMs and AMs; achieve operational excellence through policy/standards adherence and gap diagnosis; develop formal action plans and coordinate field resources (Field Trainer, HR, Operations Evaluator); analyze financial/operational data, prepare short executive presentations in Excel/PowerPoint, and present weekly updates at leadership meetings; drive market development and Local Store Marketing initiatives, empower GMs to lead LSM efforts, and pursue new growth opportunities with Market Leaders; requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least 3 years of multi-unit experience in the restaurant/retail industry.
Required Qualifications

- Experienced in ensuring operational effectiveness for multi-unit operations
