Job Summary
Supervise store operations and lead development efforts: coach GMs and AMs and crew with planned on-the-job coaching, conduct annual performance appraisals, and provide actionable feedback; drive leadership development and career mentoring for GMs and AMs; achieve operational excellence through policy execution, gap analysis, and formal action plans; coordinate field support resources; review financial/operational data and prepare executive presentations; communicate progress in weekly updates; lead market development and Local Store Marketing initiatives to drive AWUS growth; empower store leaders to strengthen relationships with schools and communities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years multi-unit experience in restaurant/retail industry
- Experienced in ensuring operational effectiveness for multi-unit operations
