Job Summary
Supervisor (06033) with multi-store leadership responsibilities: lead coaching and mentoring for GMs, AMs, and crew; plan and conduct on-the-job coaching; administer annual performance appraisals; deliver constructive feedback and professional development for GMs and AMs; drive operational excellence by enforcing policies, diagnosing gaps, and developing action plans; coordinate field support (Field Trainer, HR, Operations Evaluator); oversee financial reviews, prepare executive summaries, and present weekly updates; lead market development activities, including Local Store Marketing, and cultivate relationships with schools and the community to drive AWUS growth; requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant/retail experience; in-store, in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years multi-unit experience in restaurant/retail industry
- Experienced in ensuring operational effectiveness for multi-unit organizations
