Job Summary
Supervisory role responsible for coaching and mentoring GMs, AMs, and crew with pre-planned coaching objectives, annual performance appraisals, and professional development to advance leadership and career tracks. Drive operational excellence across multiple stores through policy and standards enforcement, identify and close performance gaps with formal action plans, and coordinate field support (Field Trainer, HR, Operations Evaluator). Own financial oversight during store visits by reviewing key metrics, creating short executive presentations (Excel/PowerPoint), and communicating trends in weekly Market Leader and area GM meetings. Lead market development activities including Local Store Marketing, establishing relationships with schools and community partners, and coordinating with Market Leader and Market Specialists to pursue growth opportunities for AWUS. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years multi-unit restaurant/retail experience; in-person remote option; no salary information provided.
