Job Summary
Supervisor overseeing coaching and mentorship of General Managers, Assistant Managers, and crew to achieveOperational Excellence across multiple stores. Responsibilities include pre-planned coaching objectives, on-the-job coaching, conducting annual performance appraisals, providing constructive feedback and career development mentoring for GMs/AMs, enforcing company policies and standards, identifying and addressing operational gaps in underperforming stores, developing formal corrective action plans, coordinating with Field Trainer, HR, and Operations Evaluator, and presenting financial/operational insights. Also responsible for lead roles in Market Development activities, local store marketing (LSM) initiatives, and driving AWUS growth through collaboration with Market Leaders and field support. Proficiency with MS Excel/PowerPoint to communicate trends and results, and ability to analyze P/L performance during reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years multi-unit experience in restaurant/retail industry
- Experienced in ensuring operational effectiveness for multi-unit organizations
