Conduct pre-planned coaching and mentoring for GMs, AMs, and crew by planning on-the-job objectives and providing actionable feedback on operations and management skills. Perform annual performance appraisals and develop career tracks while diagnosing operational gaps in underperforming stores to create formal action plans. Review key financial variables, analyze data for business insights, and present weekly updates during market leader meetings to ensure stores meet operating plans via P/L reviews. Coordinate field support resources including trainers and HR where required, and lead market development activities by developing business plans and executing local store marketing initiatives to drive growth. Requires a Bachelor's degree and three years of multi-unit experience.
