Develop formal action plans to resolve identified issues while coordinating field support resources as needed. Review key financial variables, analyze operational data, and present weekly updates during market leader meetings to ensure stores meet operating plans. Lead market development activities by coordinating with the Market Leader to execute local store marketing initiatives and pursue new AWUS growth opportunities. Requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum three years of multi-unit experience in restaurant or retail.
