Job Summary
Supervising Therapist-School Based leads clinical and administrative supervision for school-based and clinic teams, provides direct care to a small caseload of individuals, couples and families (children/adolescents), and supports leadership decisions. Responsibilities include supervising staff, collaborating with health-care and behavioral health providers, and participating in weekly leadership/clinical staffing meetings. Requires flexibility with days/hours and some work-from-home options; must have strong verbal/written communication and computer literacy.
Required Qualifications
- LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, LMFT or related advanced clinical degree and New York State license
- At least three (3) years post-graduate experience
- Experience providing behavioral health treatment to children and families
- Prior experience providing clinical and administrative supervision is preferred
- Experience working in an Article 31 Outpatient Mental Health Setting or experience working in a school environment is preferred
- Must have a valid New York State driver’s license and access to reliable transportation when required
