Job Summary
Supervising Therapist to provide evidence-based psychotherapy within an outpatient psychiatry practice, including maintaining an outpatient caseload, delivering individual and group therapy (CBT-based), and providing clinical supervision to a team of therapists. Responsibilities also include coordinating with interdisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality documentation and compliance with licensure and accreditation standards, leading structured group programming (CBT groups using Beck manualized curricula), and supporting quality and patient experience. Requires a Master’s or doctoral degree and an active independent license; 4+ years post-licensure experience and supervision experience preferred. Location: Roswell, GA with remote-work option indicated.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field
- Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in good standing (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist or equivalent)
- Meets eligibility to provide clinical supervision under state licensing rules
- Training/certification in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT and/or DBT) preferred; ability to deliver manualized CBT groups
