Job Summary
Support foster carers within the Hull Area through realistic caseloads, providing supervision, monitoring, and intervention. Conduct recruitment events and complete Form F Assessments while adhering to a trauma-informed practice model. Deliver hybrid work arrangements involving face-to-face meetings in Doncaster and remote tasks. Maintain access to a car for visits and hold the right to work in the UK. Register with Social Work England and possess a formal social work qualification.
Required Qualifications

- Formal social work qualification
- Access to a car for completing visits
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undergo appropriate child protection screening, including employment references and DBS checks
- Ability to work in a trauma-informed practice model

- Hybrid working arrangement (some work from home, fact-to-face meetings in Hull, office work in Doncaster)
- Location: North service based in Doncaster office, supporting carers within the Hull Area
- 12 month Maternity Leave contract
