Job Summary
Provide supervision and support to foster carers, ensuring compliance with fostering regulations. Undertake assessments, reviews, and care planning for children in foster placements. Deliver statutory social work services in line with legislation and council procedures. Liaise with partner agencies to coordinate support for children and carers. Maintain accurate case records and reports to professional standards. Participate in reflective supervision and contribute to service development.
Required Qualifications
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence
- Degree in Social Work (or equivalent)
- Post-qualified experience in fostering or children’s services
