Job Summary

Conduct empirically supported Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety, OCD, and related disorders, including body dysmorphic disorder and performance anxiety, while managing clinical quality and coordinating crisis responses. Supervise Master level clinicians through weekly small group supervision, individual case consultations, and annual performance reviews to ensure adherence to organizational policies and treatment plans. Lead clinical staff from onboarding onward using resources from the Clinical Training Institute, including case consultation and clinical grand rounds. Conduct psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and learning disabilities in partnership with testing technicians. Maintain a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including a minimum of 24 billable client hours, and participate in an on-call rotation by phone during regular business hours. Serve as the LOA Ambassador to represent culture and expectations to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist
  • Experience and/or a strong interest in providing clinical supervision, leadership, especially in the training and development of clinical staff
  • Interest in specializing in CBT for anxiety and related disorders
  • Commitment to lifelong learning, clinical growth, and evidence-based practice
  • Ability to receive and integrate feedback while working effectively through ambiguity
