Supervising Pharmacist

Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, including training staff, assigning duties, and managing the annual operating budget. Ensure strict adherence to Kinney Standard of Practice, state, and federal guidelines for prescription dispensing, patient counseling, and quality assurance. Manage pharmacy inventory, process third-party claims, and oversee ordering from the warehouse and suppliers. Maintain accurate prescription files, ensure technology ROI, and enforce loss prevention policies. Conduct performance reviews, facilitate hiring, and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers while attending required management training.
