Supervising Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Oversee and perform maintenance tasks across station systems in a 24/7 rail environment, supervise subcontractors and service delivery partners, coordinate maintenance activities detailed in the AMAS Maintenance Plan (including routine inspections, cleaning, and component replacement), use the CMMS to record work orders and asset status, plan activities to minimise downtime and maintain station operational readiness, foster collaboration between technicians, subcontractors, and station operations, participate in toolbox talks, shift briefings, and lessons-learned reviews, and manage on-call roster.
Required Qualifications
- NZ-recognised trade qualification in Mechanical (e.g. HVAC, fitting, refrigeration)
- Electrical (EWRB Electrician or Electrical Service Technician)
- Plumbing/Drainlaying
- Full NZ driver’s licence
