Job Summary
Journeyman Electrician supervising other field techs on commercial/industrial electrical installations. Responsibilities include installing electrical systems, supervising helper/apprentice electricians, applying basic electrical and construction principles, and solving design/installation problems. Ensure work complies with NEC and local codes, maintain project schedules, assist with material handling, and keep work areas safe and organized. Communicate with customers, provide solutions to meet their needs, complete paperwork/timecards, and uphold company safety policies. Most work based in the greater NJ market with some travel; ready to work on-site, on-time, and ready to contribute to project teams.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- 4 years’ experience in electrical project installations
- Valid state motor vehicle operator's license & clear driving record to meet Company policy
- Applicable state certification
- Master license is a plus but not required
