Job Summary
Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Support Specialists and manage direct care staff. Implement in-home treatment plans and carry a clinical case load while overseeing psychoeducation and rehabilitative support for youth behavioral health needs. Apply evidence-based practices to promote family strengths within a premier mental health provider serving children, youth, and families. Hybrid work schedule available with full-time compensation of $75,000-$80,000. Independent NY state licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMHC-D) and minimum two years of supervisory experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related human services field
- Independent NY state licensure is required for this role. LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMHC-D
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, adolescents, and families in a home or community setting
- Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
- Access to secure internet required
