Job Summary

Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Support Specialists managing direct care staff and implementing in-home treatment plans. Manage a clinical case load while overseeing psychoeducation and rehabilitative support for youth behavioral health needs. Utilize evidence-based practices to promote family strengths within a premier mental health provider serving children, youth, and families. Full-time role with a salary of $75,000–$80,000, hybrid schedule, and benefits including Summer Fun Fridays, tuition reimbursement, and licensure supervision. Independent NY licensure and minimum two years of supervisory experience required.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related human services field
  • Independent NY state licensure is required for this role. LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMSW, LMHC-D
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, adolescents, and families in a home or community setting
  • Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to secure internet required

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in quality management preferred
  • Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
