Job Summary
Conduct weekly clinically-informed task supervision for Case Managers and Senior Case Managers, utilizing motivational interviewing and active listening to ensure fidelity to the program model. Oversee routine and accurate documentation, data entry, and court reporting to guarantee consistent application of policies and protocols. Collaborate with the compliance team to complete comprehensive case audits and convene staff in response to deviations from the program requirements. Provide de-escalation support for participants presenting with acute needs and support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new direct practice staff. Maintain effective collaboration with direct practice leadership to ensure aligned service delivery and promote professional development for the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years direct practice experience (e.g., therapeutic or case management)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in pretrial, court-based, or criminal legal system
- Therapeutic intervention training and experience, including but not limited to crisis intervention or de-escalation management
- Supervisory experience
- Demonstrated clinical acumen and experience
- Masters degree and license in a mental health field
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
