Job Summary
Supervising Case Manager for the Brooklyn SRP within the Center for Justice Innovation’s Brooklyn Justice Initiatives. Responsible for quality assurance and supervising Case Managers and Senior Case Managers to ensure fidelity to the program model and accurate court reporting, data entry, and compliance. Leads routine documentation, policy implementation, and collaboration with the compliance team; conducts staff de‐escalation support and provides weekly clinically-informed supervision. Not a caseload-carrying role, but supports staff in direct practice and staff development. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of direct practice experience; experience in pretrial, court-based, or criminal legal settings preferred; in-person work in Brooklyn, NY; full-time schedule (Mon-Fri 10:00 AM–6:00 PM with evenings/weekends as needed).
