Job Summary
Advise on private M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations, and corporate advisory for premium clients across asset management, financial institutions, TMT, health care, and energy sectors. Manage challenging, complex, high-value transactions with an international element, collaborating with partners and associates in London, Bristol, and globally. Communicate complex analysis clearly to meet tight deadlines while working autonomously within a collegiate international group.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer
- 3-6 years PQE
- Strong focus on Private M&A transactions
- Experience gained within a leading international firm
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to collaborate as part of the wider team
- Location: London or Bristol
- Hybrid working model requiring a minimum of three days in-office
