Job Summary
Lead operations supervision for a 15-25 person team in a unionized aerospace manufacturing environment, managing performance through KPIs and strict deadlines while coaching staff to develop organizational talent. Handle individual workload and performance for unionized employees, ensuring continuous improvement via problem-solving processes and standardizing key workflows. Optimize knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization while maintaining leadership aligned with company vision and values. Work under pressure with minimal supervision, requiring strong judgment, flexibility, and urgency.
