Superviseur Maintenance Caténaire

Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the overhead contact line across the REM network while leading a team to ensure high-quality standards and safety. Enforce health and safety policies, optimize maintenance plans, and utilize the Maximo IBM GMAO to track agent interventions and generate reports. Collaborate with the Infrastructure Ferroviaire department, develop new management tools, and configure electrical protection systems in compliance with legislation. Conduct team meetings, annual interviews, and site visits during day and night shifts, stepping in as the manager's replacement when needed. Requires 7 years of catenary experience, a valid Quebec driver's license, and 40 hours weekly.
