Superviseur (H/F)

Manage a production team by defining resources, setting objectives, and evaluating performance while ensuring safety compliance and internal procedures. Plan and organize human and technical means to execute manufacturing programs, addressing disruptions like breakdowns or quality issues. Lead continuous improvement initiatives through action plans and monthly meetings using LEAN tools, and serve as the interface with other services while reporting regularly to management. Ensure production stops immediately in case of non-conformities.
