Planify and coordinate workshop and on-site interventions for generator and generator group installation, maintenance, and repair. Supervise, mobilize, and support a team of five technicians while managing priorities, emergencies, and service calls. Ensure tracking of work orders, hours, parts, inventory, and billing; monitor productivity, deadlines, costs, and intervention profitability. Prepare bids and ensure contract compliance while adhering to health and safety, quality, and environmental standards. Collaborate with engineering, sales, supply chain, and production teams; train, mentor, and evaluate team members. Requires a DEP or DEC in industrial mechanics or electromechanics with five years of diesel or industrial experience, including two in supervision.
